A127 into Southend (known as prince avenue) following signs to Shoeburyness. Follow A1159 Priory Crescent, Eastern Avenue, Royal Artillery Way still following signs to Shoeburyness. At roundabout turn left A13 Southchurch boulevard but keep in the right hand lane. and continue straight on (Bournes Green) to (Bournes Green Chase). At the next roundabout take the second exit Shoebury Road and at next roundabout take the second exit into Ness Road. We are located approximately 300 yards down on the right hand side.
